Deepti Malhotra is a Chartered Accountant, Lawyer and MBA (Manchester Business School). She brings over three decades of corporate finance expertise from Middle East and India.

Emsworth is based in Dubai, UAE.

Financial advisory services across the Middle East, India, and the UK, specializing in M&A, joint ventures, business valuations, public listings, and corporate tax structuring. We also offer investment advisory and assist in setting up on-shore and off-shore companies, trusts, and foundations.
